The eufyCam S330 (eufyCam 3) Add-on Camera brings 4K resolution and facial recognition to an existing eufy Security system — sharp enough to make out a license plate roughly 10 meters out, powered by an integrated solar panel that can keep it running indefinitely. It's the top tier of eufy's add-on camera lineup, and like the others, it needs a HomeBase 3 already installed to work at all.

Requires HomeBase 3 — Not a Starter Camera

Same rule as every add-on camera in this range: the eufycam s330 will not connect or record anything without an existing HomeBase 3 already set up in your home. There's no standalone mode. If you're starting from scratch, a bundled kit with the hub included makes more sense — the SoloCam S340 (2-Cam Kit) comes with everything needed in one box. This camera is specifically for extending a HomeBase 3 setup you already own.

If you're deciding between add-on tiers, the eufyCam S220 (2C Pro) covers 2K at a lower price but uses the older HomeBase 2 — the two aren't interchangeable, so which one fits depends entirely on which hub you're already running.

This camera requires HomeBase 3 specifically — it's not compatible with the older HomeBase 2 used by the eufyCam 2C and 2C Pro lines. HomeBase 3 itself supports all current eufyCam models along with most eufy battery doorbells and sensors, so if you're already running HomeBase 3 for other devices, this camera slots straight in. It currently works with Alexa and Google Assistant; Apple HomeKit support isn't available on this model yet.
